We’re seeking a Marketing & CRM Automation Manager to drive and convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through targeted automation, CRM optimization, and coordinated campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and data — owning the systems and strategies that generate predictable, high-quality pipeline growth.
This is a remote position, ideally based in Mexico City, with occasional travel for team and client events.
Objectives
- Drive and Convert MQLs:
- Own lead generation and nurturing campaigns to move contacts from awareness to discovery call.
- Continuously monitor MQL volume, quality, and conversion rates, optimizing workflows to increase performance.

- CRM Ownership & Optimization:
- Manage Woliba’s Pipedrive CRM to ensure accurate data capture, tagging, segmentation, and reporting.
- Build automations and lead scoring models that identify and prioritize MQLs for follow-up by the SDR team.

- Lead Nurturing & Campaign Automation:
- Develop and execute email automation and lead nurture workflows in Brevo (Sendinblue) and other tools.
- Personalize communication by audience segment, funnel stage, and engagement history.

- Marketing & Sales Alignment:
- Partner with the Senior SDR and leadership team to ensure MQLs are properly routed, tracked, and converted.
- Establish clear feedback loops between Marketing and Sales to continually improve MQL quality.

- Web & Visitor Tracking:
- Implement lead capture forms, UTM tracking, and analytics tools to identify inbound interest and score web visitors.
- Sync website interactions directly with CRM records for better attribution.

- Reporting & Optimization:
- Create dashboards and reports to track MQL generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Identify bottlenecks, test new automations, and iterate based on data insights.

Deliverables
- Consistent growth in qualified MQLs month-over-month.
- Improved MQL → SQL conversion rate (target: +20%).
- Fully optimized Pipedrive CRM with accurate data, automation, and clear lead scoring.
- End-to-end nurture workflows that convert leads across campaigns and channels.
- Weekly and monthly reporting on campaign and funnel performance.
- Documented processes and automations for scalability and transparency.
Ideal Experience & Skills
- 3–6 years in Marketing Automation, CRM Management, or RevOps, ideally within B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with Pipedrive, Brevo (Sendinblue), and integrated marketing systems.
- Deep understanding of lead scoring, MQL definition, and funnel optimization.
- Proficient in campaign analytics, attribution tracking, and dashboard building.
- Strong collaboration skills across Sales and Marketing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
- Self-starter comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
