Objectives

As our Web Designer/Developer, you will take ownership of designing and developing conversion-optimized web pages for Woliba’s suite of digital properties — including our main WordPress site and Webflow-powered microsites. This is a key hybrid creative + technical role to help us build, test, and scale high-performing marketing pages that support lead generation and brand growth.

You’ll work closely with our content, growth, and design teams to bring campaigns to life and continuously optimize the user journey.

Deliverables

1. Web Design & UX

• Design visually engaging, responsive web pages based on brand guidelines and growth goals.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma or equivalent tools.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for user experience, accessibility, and mobile performance.

2. WordPress Development

• Build and maintain custom web pages in WordPress using HTML, CSS, and page builders (Elementor or Gutenberg preferred).
• Implement technical SEO best practices, structured layouts, and clean code for fast page load times.
• Maintain and update core site functionality as needed in collaboration with the dev team.

3. Webflow Development (Microsites)

• Create and manage standalone pages and microsites using Webflow.
• Develop interactive layouts and animations using Webflow CMS and Lottie/Framer Motion (if applicable).
• Maintain design consistency and scalable component systems across platforms.

4. Landing Page & CRO Support

• Collaborate with growth and content teams to build high-converting landing pages for campaigns, gated content, webinars, and more.
• Run A/B tests and optimize page layouts, CTAs, and user flows based on data insights.
• Monitor and iterate based on performance metrics (bounce rate, CVR, scroll depth).

5. Brand Design Support

• Occasionally assist with designing web banners, email templates, and visual assets for web use.
• Work with the creative team to maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in web design and front-end development, ideally in a SaaS or B2B marketing environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing WordPress and Webflow projects with a focus on clean UX and conversion.
• Proficiency in WordPress (Elementor or custom), HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Working knowledge of Webflow and CMS-driven design systems.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other UI/UX tools.
• Understanding of SEO basics, site speed, and accessibility standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with HubSpot CMS or other marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with basic JavaScript, Google Analytics, and tools like Hotjar.
• Interest in wellness, employee engagement, or workplace culture design.
• Familiarity with animation tools (Lottie, Framer Motion, etc.)
