Position
Woliba is hiring an Account Executive, Partnerships & Growth to help scale revenue by building new distribution channels, closing net-new business, and expanding Woliba’s footprint across startups and growth-stage companies.
This is a hybrid role combining:
- Direct sales (discovery, demos, closing)
- Partnership development (TPAs, benefits brokers, EORs like Deel)
- Founder-led selling into early- and growth-stage startups
You will operate with high ownership, helping define and test go-to-market motions while directly contributing to revenue growth.
Objectives
- Drive new revenue growth through direct outbound and inbound sales
- Develop and activate partnership channels that can resell or distribute Woliba
- Build repeatable sales and partnership motions as Woliba scales
- Position Woliba as a modern, AI-powered wellbeing and People Ops platform with founders, operators, and HR leaders
Key Deliverables
Sales & Revenue
- Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting → discovery → demo → close
- Sell directly to founders, CEOs, HR, and People Ops leaders
- Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM
Partnerships & Distribution
- Identify, source, and engage potential partners including:
- TPAs (Third-Party Administrators)
- Benefits brokers
- EOR / HR platforms (e.g., Deel, Rippling, Gusto ecosystem partners)
- Run discovery and pitch Woliba as a partner/reseller offering
- Help define partnership models, enablement needs, and revenue potential
- Support early partner activation and co-selling efforts
Growth & Market Development
- Hunt new leads via outbound, founder networks, events, and conferences
- Attend select North American conferences (5–10% travel) to build pipeline and partnerships
- Provide feedback to marketing and product on messaging, objections, and market demand
- Help refine ICPs, use cases, and GTM strategy as Woliba scales
Required Experience
- 4–7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven experience running discovery calls and product demos
- Track record of closing SMB or Mid-Market deals
- Experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Comfortable selling to founders and senior operators
- Experience working in or selling to North American markets
- Fluent in English (Spanish required; Portuguese a plus)
Strongly Preferred Experience
- Experience with partnerships, channels, or reseller models
- Background in HR tech, benefits, fintech, EOR, or People Ops platforms
- Startup or early-stage company experience
- Experience selling value-based, multi-stakeholder solutions
- Familiarity with remote-first, distributed teams

- Closed-won deals through direct sales motion
- 2–5 active partnership conversations progressing toward pilots or resale
- Consistent, predictable pipeline generation
- Clear insights into which distribution channels convert best
- Trusted internal voice for market feedback and growth strategy
