Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Lead to own the roadmap, delivery, and ongoing optimization of key product areas within Woliba. This role bridges vision and execution—partnering with leadership to translate the company’s strategy into actionable product plans, managing feature lifecycles from discovery to launch, and ensuring our platform continuously delivers measurable value to customers.

The Product Lead will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and sales to align priorities, improve user experiences, and drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for assigned product areas and align it with company objectives.
     
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle—discovery, design, development, launch, and iteration.
     
  • Translate business and customer needs into clear, prioritized product requirements and user stories.
     
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality releases on time and within scope.
     
  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and data-driven evaluations to inform product decisions.
     
  • Partner with Customer Success to improve onboarding flows and retention strategies.
     
  • Support Sales with product demos for strategic prospects and provide input into enablement materials.
     
  • Ensure a consistent and delightful user experience in partnership with UX/UI resources.
     

Requirements

  • 4+ years in product management or product leadership roles within SaaS companies.
     
  • Proven track record of delivering successful SaaS products from conception to launch.
     
  • Experience working with US-based customers or global markets.
     
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product discovery, and backlog management.
     
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
     
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and customer feedback into product improvements.
     
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with cross-functional, distributed teams.
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HR tech, employee engagement, or wellbeing platforms.
     
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude) and customer feedback platforms.
     
  • Prior experience in both strategic planning and hands-on delivery in a startup or scale-up environment.
